We couldn't think of a better way to launch our new website than with apparel inspired by the 30th anniversary of the making of the movie JAWS, and the celebration of that anniversary sponsored by our local chamber of commerce, JAWSFest.

We all remember when the production crew and cast of JAWS made its way to our island back in 1974, and all the excitement that came with them. Some of our friends and close relatives even got the chance to become cast members themselves.

When all the JAWSFest excitement is over, we will begin launching other designs and clothing options geared for the summer season. All our products are designed and printed on the island by islanders whose respective families have lived here, year-round, for over 5 generations.

Being based online, our designs are available to those who have visited Martha's Vineyard, as well as those who perhaps can't visit, but would like a little of our unique Vineyard culture in their own neck of the woods. Many of our designs will feature our unique slant on tourism, Martha's Vineyard culture, and even some tongue-in-cheek pokes at our own year-rounders. But for now ... on with JAWSFest '05!
